There is no fee to receive eStatements or to use Online Banking.
To sign up for free eStatements and eNotices, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Business Online Banking.
- Hover over the Reports tab, select Statements & Documents.
- Click View and maintain document preferences.
- Select the dropdown and change from Paper to Online for the accounts that you would like to enable for online documents. If you would like to continue to receive paper statements or notices, while also having access to view them online, please choose the option for Online & Paper.
- You will be presented with the Business eNotice Enrollment Service Agreement the first time you change your preference for each document type. Click I agree or I do not agree at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the changes you requested and click Save preferences.
Once you save the preferences, the Delivery Preferences Confirmation page will be displayed. After you have enabled online documents, you will get an alert via email or text, and always in your BeB inbox to notify you when there are new Statements or Notices available. These alerts are mandatory and cannot be turned off.
If for any reason you later wish to receive paper statements again (instead of eStatements) simply log in to Online Banking and update your preferences.
You must be enrolled in Business Online Banking to receive eStatements. If you are not currently enrolled, enroll here.
