Community Giving

The Heart of HomeStreet

Giving Guidelines

HomeStreet Bank’s commitment to community is an integral part of who we are as a financial institution. We are purposeful in our giving, in addition we strive to ensure our support is having a positive impact in the community.

Leadership & Service

Our employees are committed to the many community organizations they serve. By generously giving of their time, they provide leadership and service to help make our communities better places to live, work and play.

Community Reinvestment Act

HomeStreet Bank has consistently striven to meet the spirit and letter of the Community Reinvestment Act since the inception of the program in 1989. The primary focus of the CRA is to encourage depository institutions to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they operate.

As a partner in our communities, HomeStreet Bank strives to make available much needed support that will provide a direct impact for the organizations we serve. The partnerships we enter into are meaningful to our employees and our organization as a whole, and reflect our focus on supporting services that provide basic needs and housing.

Proud members.

A financial institution participating in the Bankers Care initiative is dedicated to engaging in activities that reflect a commitment to the community and social responsibility.
