Please Note: The representative will be able to see everything on the co-browsing tab once launched. They will not be able to see any other browser tabs or screens.

The representative will not be able to see your password. The screen sharing automatically masks any passwords being entered. 

The representative will be able to use a pointer to help you navigate the site but will not be able to take any action on your computer.  You can ask the Agent to end the screen sharing at any time.  

The screen sharing session will be recorded for training and quality purposes. This recording is securely stored and access to this recording will be restricted.

No information obtained from screen sharing will be shared with third parties. At HomeStreet, we respect your privacy and have policies in place to protect your information.
