HomeStreet Bank will never call and ask for your log in information to online banking. This includes your password, phone numbers, one time security codes or tokens. If you do receive a call or text from someone claiming to be with HomeStreet Bank and you are asked for this information, please hang up and call Customer Service at 1-800-719-8080."
