This includes your password, phone numbers, one time security codes or tokens. If you do receive a call or text from someone claiming to be with HomeStreet or Mechanics Bank and you are asked for this information, please hang up and call Customer Service at 1-800-719-8080.

Yes, there is a .25% reduction to your rate or margin when you have your loan or line of credit payments automatically withdrawn from your HomeStreet checking or savings account. Ask your banker to enroll you in Auto-pay.
