Service Announcement

We have been made aware of recent fraudulent calls made to HomeStreet Bank clients that appear to come from a HomeStreet phone number. HomeStreet Bank will never call and ask for your log in information to online banking. This includes your password, phone numbers, one time security codes or tokens. If you do receive a call or text from someone claiming to be with HomeStreet Bank and you are asked for this information, please hang up and call Customer Service at 1-800-719-8080."

Online Banking FAQs

<ol><li>Log into <a href="https://cibng.ibanking-services.com/eAM/Credential/Index?brand=420_325084426&amp;orgId=420_325084426&amp;FIFID=325084426&amp;appId=CeB&amp;FIORG=420" data-sf-ec-immutable="">Online Banking</a>.</li><li>Click the <b>Customer Service</b> tab at the top of the screen.</li><li>Under the <b>Settings</b> section, click <b>Document Delivery</b>.</li><li>Select Online from the dropdown for <b>Delivery Method </b>on each account you want to receive eStatements.</li><li>Review the <b>Online Documents Agreement and Disclosure </b>by clicking the hyperlink.</li><li>Click the box that you have read and agree to the terms of the Online Documents Agreement and Disclosure, then click <b>Submit</b>.</li></ol><p>If for any reason you later wish to receive paper statements again (instead of eStatements) simply log into Online Banking and update your preferences.</p><p><font size="-1">If you receive both paper and electronic statements and want to stop paper statements, please contact us at 1-800-719-8080.</font></p><p><font size="-1"></font><font size="-1">You must be enrolled in Online Banking to receive eStatements.
