We have been made aware of recent fraudulent calls made to HomeStreet Bank clients that appear to come from a HomeStreet phone number. HomeStreet Bank will never call and ask for your log in information to online banking. This includes your password, phone numbers, one time security codes or tokens. If you do receive a call or text from someone claiming to be with HomeStreet Bank and you are asked for this information, please hang up and call Customer Service at 1-800-719-8080.

ATM & Visa Debit Card

The ATM card allows convenient, all-hours banking. Make withdrawals, transfer funds between accounts or obtain balance information.

The Visa Debit Card combines the flexibility of a credit card with the control of an ATM card. Visa Debit Card features include:

  • Accepted everywhere Visa is accepted around the world
  • Works like a credit card, but draws on available funds from your checking account
  • Provides better security and is more convenient to use than a personal check
  • Functions as an ATM card
  • Use your MoneyPass® ATM card at any of these network ATMs without paying a surcharge

To report an ATM or Visa Debit Card as lost or stolen during normal business hours, please contact your local branch or HomeStreet's Customer Service Center at 1-800-719-8080.
