Having the correct contact information will help protect you from fraudulent activities and ensures we can reach you without delay and keep you informed on anything relevant to your account.

Please call us at 800-719-8080, visit your local branch or log into online banking to review your contact information and verify that we have the correct address, phone number and email.

How to update your contact information
Follow the steps below to change the email or phone number on your personal account(s):
1.  Log in to Personal Online Banking.
2.  Click on the Customer Service tab.
3.  In the Settings section, you will be able to change your email address and phone number.

Not enrolled in online banking, need to change your mailing address and/or update the contact details on your business account(s)? Please stop by any HomeStreet Bank branch or contact Customer Service at 800-719-8080 for assistance.
