Direct Connect Financial Manager Electronic Records Consent and Disclosure with Quicken® Banking and QuickBooks®

Before enrolling in Direct Connect, you must first review the following information and indicate your understanding and acceptance of the following. Please read this Electronic Records Consent and Disclosure carefully.

By clicking "I Accept & Continue" below, you consent to receiving the following disclosures and agreements electronically rather than in paper form:

  • Direct Connect Financial Manager, Bill Pay, and Transfer Service Terms and Conditions
  • Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure (“EFTA”)
  • Privacy Policy

You also agree to receive any receipts, notices, or transaction notifications related to the Direct Connect Services (“Services”) electronically. If you have already consented to receiving the EFTA, Privacy Policy, or any other agreements and disclosures from HomeStreet Bank electronically (for example, if you have enrolled in online banking), any such consent will remain in effect, even if you do not agree to receive the Direct Connect Financial Manager, Bill Pay, and Transfer Service Terms and Conditions electronically at this time.

Your Consent is Required in Order to Obtain the Direct Connect Services.

You must consent to receiving the above listed disclosures, agreements, and policies electronically before we can provide the Services to you.

You May Withdraw Your Consent at Any Future Time.

If you later withdraw your consent for electronic delivery, we will no longer be able to offer you Direct Connect Services, and your service will terminate within three (3) business days from the date that we receive your notice of withdrawn consent. Your withdrawal will not void or alter any transactions, obligations, or liability to which you have already agreed electronically. Procedures for Updating the Information Needed So That We Can Contact You Electronically.

If your email address changes, please promptly provide us with your updated contact information so that we can continue to provide you with the electronic disclosures or notices. If we do not receive updated contact information from you, we may not be able to provide you with the above disclosures and will not be responsible for any damages or losses you may incur because we were unable to provide you with the information electronically.

Additional Paper Copy of Disclosures, Agreements and Instructions.

If you do not consent to receiving the above disclosures, agreements, and policies electronically, we will not be able to provide you with the Services. If you consent to receiving the above disclosures, agreements and instructions electronically, you can also request a paper copy by contacting our Customer Support: 800-719-8080 (Deaf or Hard of Hearing Customers TTY/TDD: 855-584-0256).. We will not charge you any fees for providing a paper copy of the disclosures, agreements and instructions, although we may charge you in accordance with our Schedule of Fees if you request multiple duplicate copies.

System Requirements to Access and Retain Your Disclosures and Agreements.

To receive the above-listed disclosures electronically, you must have the following equipment and software:

  • A personal computer or other access device, with a modern operating system which is capable of accessing the Internet (e.g., you must have a modem and available phone line, a cable Internet connection or some other means of access to the Internet, and you must have an active account with an Internet service provider). Your access to this page verifies that your system meets these requirements. An email account is required in order to participate in this program.
  • An Internet web browser which is capable of supporting 128-bit SSL encrypted communications, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer 8.x or above, Mozilla® Firefox 3.x or above, or Apple® Safari 4.x or above. Your access to this page verifies that your browser meets these requirements.

To retain a copy of this agreement, you may print from the web page by right clicking your mouse and selecting Print. You must have a functioning printer connected to your personal computer or other access device, which is able to print the disclosures, agreements, notices, and policies. If these system requirements change, and such change poses a material risk that you will be unable to access this information electronically and retain it, we will notify you of the changes and request your consent to continue receiving the electronic disclosures.
