If you currently have a credit card through HomeStreet, you will need to go directly through Elan Financial Services to make payments or report any issues.
To make a payment, you can:
• Call the number on the back of your card to have an Elan customer service representative help you schedule a payment.
• Download the free Elan Credit Card mobile app.
• Or, you can visit myaccountaccess.com.
Your credit card number will not change. You will have the same credit card until it expires or in the event that you need a new one.
