Service Announcement

We have been made aware of recent fraudulent calls made to HomeStreet Bank clients that appear to come from a HomeStreet phone number. HomeStreet Bank will never call and ask for your log in information to online banking. This includes your password, phone numbers, one time security codes or tokens. If you do receive a call or text from someone claiming to be with HomeStreet Bank and you are asked for this information, please hang up and call Customer Service at 1-800-719-8080."

Accessibility Features

HomeStreet Bank locations are designed to comply with ADA standards. We also work to comply with state and local code requirements, because we understand that customers in each of our communities have specific needs. This includes:

  • Accessible parking spaces at locations with parking
  • Ramps at locations with stairs
  • Safe deposit box rooms which are accessible to all customers

 

Talking ATMs

Branch Staff Assistance

HomeStreet branch personnel are an excellent resource for accessibility assistance. We provide reader services, help filling out forms, written notes, and in-branch magnifiers. Sign language interpreter services may be available upon request.
