Meet the Team

My name is Srini Anandakumar and I currently manage our Issaquah Branch. Since getting my start in banking in 2004, I've had the opportunity to work in several different roles across the industry, including being with the bank since 2015. As a branch manager, my role is to connect with our local community, create a great working environment so our team can learn and grow, and to help small business owners achieve their financial goals. I have a great passion for sales and enjoy working with a very diverse set of clienteles, each with their own unique wants and needs. Most importantly though, I am very proud to work for a local Community Bank who puts the best interests of our clients and our communities at the forefront of what we do. I also aim to do this in my own life; I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Issaquah Chambers of Commerce to understand the current state of our community.

My team and I opened the Issaquah branch with the goal of providing an excellent customer experience for everyone who walks through our doors, while creating a great place for our employees to work and thrive. We hope you stop by!
