Mona Choy

SVP, Retail Banking Regional Manager

Mona Choy is the Senior Vice President and Hawaii Regional Manager for HomeStreet Bank, responsible for leading the Retail Banking operations in Hawaii, including the largest branch among HomeStreet’s 62 branches throughout the West.  Her commitment to serving the community is demonstrated through numerous business and non-profit leadership roles including her role as an executive committee member of the Hawaii Bankers Association and Treasurer of Hawaii First for Continuity. Mona is a founding member of the YWCA’s Patsy Mink Center for Business & Leadership; previously a Board of Director for Family Programs Hawaii, YMCA, and The Organization of Women Leaders; and is currently on the Board of Directors of Women’s Fund of Hawaii. Her community involvement also includes being a Rotarian in the West Honolulu Rotary Club. She is a Past President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and the Chinese Chamber Foundation, and is a newly elected Vice President and Trustee of the United Chinese Society and a Governor for the Filipino Community Center. In 2017 and 2013, Mona was nominated by Pacific Business News to be honored at its annual “Women Who Mean Business” under the “For profit Business Women of the Year” category.   On November 07, 2015, Mona was selected as the 2015 “Women of the Year” by the Organization of Women Leaders.
