I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1982, after graduating from the University of Washington with a double major in Economics and International Finance. My experience these past 30 years has not only been in Mortgage Sales but also in Operations. I spent the first part of my career in Processing as a Centralized Processing Manager and secondly as an Underwriter. This foundation in Operations and Underwriting has helped me as a Mortgage Loan Officer to better understand how to put loan transactions together, to know what type of documentation will be required by Underwriting and to check the guidelines.

I thoroughly enjoy and get personal satisfaction working with my clients in obtaining home ownership. I have built my mortgage business on relationships that I retain well after closing. My business has been driven and built on successful transactions and referrals from clients and realtor partners.
