New construction is my passion, partnering with builders to grow and develop a profitable and successful business.  I’m grateful to have played a part in providing housing for existing and new Idaho residents since 1990. My primary focus is establishing builder guidance lines for vertical construction and lot acquisition, and being a trusted advisor in our market.  My by-line would be Follow your Passion, Give it your Best Effort, Do it for the Right Reasons and you’ll succeed.
