Billie Jo Cusack is known as an industry expert. She has a passion for construction lending and for helping clients build or buy their dream homes. In 2013 she met Kevin Knudson and created the BJ-K team to provide excellent customer service. As a team, Billie Jo & Kevin have over 30 years of combined experience specializing in construction, purchase, refinance, and renovation loans.

As construction experts, Team BJ-K understands the importance of educating clients during the home building process and are committed to finding the right fit, for every scenario. Their years of experience working with the Puget Sound area’s top builders, combined with Homestreet’s expansive options of loan programs, will enable them to continue their success of helping families with all of their home financing needs. In Billie Jo’s free time she enjoys the outdoors and walks with her dog Sport, cheering for home teams , and spending time with her family.
