Responsibilities
Actively manage Burbank Branch in Southern California and oversee the growth of Deposits, retention of clients, and development of staff.
Actively promote cross sell and referrals of bank products and services
Develop partnerships with business partners
People management/talent development and coaching of staff on new and expanded roles & responsibilities
Ensure high standard of customer service and compliance
Provide solutions for all aspects of clients financial needs.
Cost savings, and risk management to ensure satisfactory internal audits, follow HSB guidelines & procedures to control risks.
