I’m fortunate enough to have served a diverse client base through the highs and lows of the real estate market. My Buyers and Sellers include first-time, experienced, savvy Investors, Builders, Banks, FDIC, those newly inspired to flip properties, and Buyers relocating to this beautiful Seattle area we get to call home. I leverage my familiarity and understanding of the intricacies of different markets to fine tune strategies and navigate the landmines for each individual client.
My team includes my wife Liz who is also a full time Broker. We both cover all aspects of Buying and Selling – complimenting one another’s skills and talents and extending our availability, insight and knowledge. We are also privileged to have a great office staff to help assist our clients – along with a wide range of vendors and trades that have been invaluable in helping us serve our clients.
