Diverse Markets: I am active in the gay and lesbian community as well as the community in which I live and own property – Mt. Baker/Columbia City. In addition to focusing on both of these communities, I specialize in loans for first-time homebuyers and renovation loans. I work just as hard for a customer with a $30,000 refinance as I do for a customer purchasing a lakefront second home with a jumbo loan.
Experience: I started at HomeStreet in 1995. I have been honored in President’s Club for over 10 years in a row and I am a Five Star Mortgage Professional winner four years in a row. I personally have renovated several homes and own investment properties, so I know first-hand the problems and advantages associated with both.
Less Stress: I pride myself in looking at the loan process from the customer perspective. I frequently tour homes with Realtors to keep pace with the ever-changing real estate market and I have personally gone through the home buying/loan process several times. I won’t say buying a home or investment property is not stressful, but I will do everything in my power to make your loan close as smoothly as possible.
