About Me

My goal as a loan officer is to make sure that I provide you with valuable mortgage lending information so that you can make informed decisions. I can provide cost estimates, show you a breakdown of what a monthly mortgage payment would be and help estimate closing costs and a required down payment for financing a home. I can also be a resource to you if you’re just interested in learning more about the process of applying for a loan. I am committed to making every effort to provide you with an experience in your homeownership journey that will exceed your expectations.

I have lived in Washington all of my life. I am a Mother of 3 and a Wife to my high-school sweetheart. I love to play the piano and sports as well. Until this day, I continue to play and coach HomeStreet Bank’s Softball team. On my spare time I normally volunteer at non-profit organizations and local schools. Supporting my family and community is important to me and I enjoy finding ways to give back.

I look forward to answering any questions you may have about the home loan process or assist you with your next purchase or refinance transaction.

Customer Testimonials

Brian Connolly, Home buyer

Brian Connolly recommends Jeannet Gil at HomeStreet Seattle Affinity Lending Center

Jeannet was the best lender we could have worked with. We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions that might've seemed silly, and Jeannet talked us through the process. She has up to date knowledge of down payment assistance programs, which was a huge help for us. She made the dream of home ownership possible.

Dan Tapia, Real Estate Broker

I love working with Jeannet Gil! She takes such great care of our clients. She does an amazing job keeping everyone informed during the process, from escrow to brokers, and especially the clients. And she always comes through in the end. I am never worried during the process and am confident to sing her praises to the listing brokers on the other end of our transactions. Jeannet works closely with the Buyers to find the right programs and money saving options for each situation. Highly recommend!

This has been a great Adventure! From the first time home buyers class to closing on my new home, I couldn’t have asked for a more competent, knowledgeable guide then Jeannet Gil, Loan officer at Homestreet Bank. She orchestrated the loan proficiently, but also orchestrated me through gathering all the necesssy financial information required in a kind and supportive manner. I would not have made it through the process without her keeping me informed and answering all the “whys” and “why nots” . I will recommend her highly to family and friends. She is a terrific representative of Homestreet and a great person to have as your guide!
Lea Staples, New and Happy home owner.
