Greg has 35 years of commercial lending experience. Over this time, he has come to understand that no two businesses are the same, and each is deserving of customized banking needs. This has resulted in an approach in which he has devised innovative approaches for the extension of credit.

  • Greg designed and proposed the first Private Placement Tax Exempt Bond program to fund Community Health Clinics in Washington State through the Washington Health Care Facilities Program in 1996.
    • This program is now used by all the banks in Washington State to provide below market interest rates to CHCs.
    • Other states have since adopted similar programs.
  • He created a member finance program for wholesale distributors o Under this program he established a financing program for customers of wholesale distributors thus allowing the distributor to retain and grow their customer base.
He has an undergraduate degree in economics, is a graduate of Pacific Coast School Banking School, a Dale Carnegie Course graduate, and was a Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant, and honor bestowed upon him by his Carnegie peers.

Greg has a wide range of commercial banking experience including manufacturing, wholesaling, construction, medical (Community Health Care Centers), non-profits, Food both retail and wholesale, veterinary, title/escrow, architectural, engineering, and legal services.
