HomeStreet Opens Five New Home Loan Centers in California

April 14, 2014 – HomeStreet Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ:HMST), announced that it has opened five new home loan centers in the California communities of La Jolla, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Napa and Sacramento.  HomeStreet opened its first California home loan center in February 2013 and now has a total of 16 in the state and 48 throughout its West Coast and Hawaii network.


The centers will be managed by Tom Hasse (La Jolla), Tom Flavio (Pleasanton), George Rosenfield (Walnut Creek), Judy Bickell (Napa) and Aaron Meilich (Sacramento).


“We are fortunate to be able to bring on board high-producing mortgage originators who are attracted to our business model and our culture, in communities we’ve targeted as having great potential for purchase mortgage activity,” said Rose Marie David, single family lending director for HomeStreet Bank.
