HomeStreet Bank’s ‘Center of the Universe’ Branch Open for BusinessFebruary 08, 2013HomeStreet Bank, a subsidiary of HomeStreet, Inc., has officially rolled open the door to its newest branch in Fremont. Located at 3417 Evanston Avenue North, the retail branch offers full-service consumer and business banking and investment services to its neighbors in Seattle’s most eclectic neighborhood.
Grand opening festivities are scheduled at the Fremont branch on February 27 from 4-6 p.m. The event includes a ribbon cutting and a charitable presentation to local nonprofit, Solid Ground. Refreshments will be served.
“Fremont is ideally suited for a local community bank such as HomeStreet,” said Paulette Lemon, Senior Vice President, retail banking director of HomeStreet. “This is a neighborhood that welcomes and supports local businesses, and HomeStreet is the only locally based community bank to serve it.”
The Fremont location is the HomeStreet’s most recent bank branch to open. In October, the bank opened a new bank branch in Lynnwood, Wash. and also opened 14 new lending centers throughout the bank’s service area in 2012.
The Fremont branch is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
