HomeStreet’s Eastern Region is led by Jeff Newgard, who served as the CEO of Yakima National Bank for eight years before joining HomeStreet in November 2013 as EVP and Eastern Region President.
To celebrate the opening of the new bank branch and Eastern Region headquarters, HomeStreet has made a $5,000 charitable contribution to the Columbia Basin Veteran’s Coalition. The contribution was presented to the Coalition by Newgard and HomeStreet CEO Mark K. Mason at the bank branch grand opening on Monday, June 23.
“We are excited about the opportunity to grow our commercial lending, banking and home loan business in the Tri-Cities area,” said Newgard. “It’s a great market for us, and we look forward to providing great customer service and being good corporate citizens who are deeply engaged in our community.”
HomeStreet Bank also has a home loan center in Kennewick.
