HomeStreet Bank Makes Contribution to Family Programs HawaiiSeptember 16, 2013HomeStreet Bank has contributed $5,000 to Family Programs Hawaii. The contribution will help provide long-term services for youth in foster care, as well as housing opportunities for those transitioning out of the foster care system.
Mona Choy-Beddow, first vice president regional manager of HomeStreet’s Hawaii banking operations, has served on the Family Program Hawaii board since 2010 and is currently serving as Secretary of the board. She presented the check on behalf of HomeStreet Bank to Linda Santos, Family Programs Hawaii CEO at a full board meeting of the organization in August.
“HomeStreet employees are proud to support Family Programs Hawaii by volunteering, through board participation, and now through this recent charitable contribution,” said Mona Choy-Beddow.
HomeStreet began offering home loan services in Hawaii in 1979 and banking services in 1999.
