HomeStreet Bank Expands Mortgage Lending into Lake OswegoApril 04, 2013HomeStreet Bank today announced the opening of a new lending center in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The center represents an expansion of lending capabilities in Oregon for HomeStreet, which has opened 18 new mortgage lending centers in Washington and Idaho since January 2012, including three in neighboring Clark County.

Located at 4900 Meadows Road, the new single family lending center will be managed by Jennifer Cunnington. Jennifer is an experienced and successful banking leader with more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including in the origination and funding of loans.
HomeStreet offers a wide variety of lending products including conventional, FHA, VA and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and jumbo loans, as well as a diverse portfolio program. HomeStreet also offers ‘One-Step’ loans for construction and purchase of homes, renovation loan programs, and builder loans that support new home construction.
