COVID-19 Information Center

Branch updates effective Monday, August 2, 2021—Our lobbies are open with some restrictions.

The health and welfare of our customers and employees continues to be our top priority.  Given the surge in COVID-19 cases linked to the highly contagious Delta variant, our masking policy has been updated to require customers and staff to wear facial covering and practice social distancing at all times regardless of vaccination status.

- While we are open normal hours at most of our locations, please locate your neighborhood branch here to confirm.

- To receive priority lobby access, we recommend making an appointment with your local branch.  Identification is required for in-person visits, so be sure to have it with you.

Thank you for your business and continued support as we work through these challenging times together!

Beware of scams

A growing number of cybercriminals are seeking to capitalize on the heightened anxiety around the globe by utilizing phishing attacks centered around coronavirus-related topics. Attackers are sending phishing emails impersonating the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), using misinformation (false statements or facts) to trick recipients into clicking malicious links or opening attachments. As always regarding email you receive, inspect the email address to verify who the sender is, and exercise caution before clicking on links or opening attachments. HomeStreet Bank will never ask you for your personal information or log in credentials in an email or text message.
