July 31, 2014- HomeStreet Bank has provided construction financing for the Salmon Creek Corporate Park in the highly desirable Sumner, Washington, industrial submarket. The first phase, currently under construction, will consist of a 134,600-SF concrete tilt-up, modern design office/warehouse building suitable for 29,250-SF users and up. Completion of the second phase, for which interim land financing is currently being provided, will result in eventual build-out to 267,700 SF. Project features include a 30-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 22 dock-high and 4 grade level doors per building, ample trailer parking, and excellent access to SR-167 and Interstate-5.
