I have 25 years’ experience financing commercial properties. I began my real estate career with a direct real estate investment company where I was involved in purchase, management and asset management of small and midsize apartment projects. I later moved to our lead bank where I worked for 9 years rising to senior multifamily loan consultant. I have since worked for banks, mortgage banks and mortgage brokers providing small balance loans through their portfolios, life company correspondence and agency relationships.
I attended University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University. I have been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California since 2009 and have won numerous production awards over the course of my career.
I am on the Saroni-Lena Scholarship Committee of Rotary #3 and assist with the CINMB Kickball Challenge to raise money for first generation college students. I live in San Francisco with my wife and a rotating group of 4 children, 3 permanent and numerous foster dogs.
