Kevin Knudson attended Washington State University with a finance degree, he knew right away that he wanted to assist others with reaching their financial goals in the Home Lending field by providing excellent customer service to all his clients. Kevin joined Billie Jo Cusack in 2013, as a team, Billie Jo & Kevin have over thirty years of combined experience specializing in construction, purchase, refinance, and renovation loans. As construction experts, Team BJ-K understands the importance of educating clients during the home building process and are committed to finding the right fit, for every scenario.  Their years of experience working with the Puget Sound area’s top builders, combined with HomeStreet’s expansive options of loan programs including construction and portfolio products, will enable them to continue their success of helping families with all of their home financing needs. In Kevin’s free time he enjoys dirt biking, hiking, and spending time with his family.
