"I’ve been one of HomeStreet Bank’s top Loan Officers since 1991. Not bad, considering I never thought I’d be a banker! Now I can’t imagine a better way to earn a living – helping people realize their dreams of homeownership.
I’ve seen the full 360 in the mortgage world. After years of easy lending, the mortgage process has become very detailed. I’m here to help you through it and achieve your goals. Experience counts!
To keep balanced and flexible, I’m a dedicated yoga practitioner. I’m also currently working on a book about Duke Ellington’s early years in New York, and I have been a featured speaker at International Duke Ellington conferences in Stockholm and London.
I thank you for your interest and look forward to working with you.
Communication: Listening, answering questions, and returning phone calls promptly.
Expertise: Knowledge of the myriad types of loans. I’ve also taught hundreds of classes, both for realtors on renovation (rehab) and construction loans, and classes for first-time homebuyers.
Creativity: Finding solutions and strategizing to overcome obstacles.
Reputation: Realtors appreciate my hard-earned reputation for “pre-qualifications that mean it,” and taking responsibility for closing loans on time."
