Over this time, one of the most important things I have learned to understand is that no two businesses are the same, with each deserving of customized banking needs. This ideology has resulted in my successful approach for the extension of credit.
I am proud to have designed and proposed the first Private Placement Tax Exempt Bond program to fund Community Health Clinics, CHCs, in Washington State through the Washington Health Care Facilities Program in 1996. Under this program we were able to extend below market interest rates to community health care centers, which are 501 (c)(3) organizations.
This program is now used by all the banks in Washington State to provide these below market interest rates to Community Health Centers.
Other states have since adopted similar programs. I established a number of finance programs for wholesale distributors for both food and hardware industries nationwide.
My background includes earning an undergraduate degree in economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Pacific Coast School Banking School, and graduating from a Dale Carnegie course, where I was a Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant, an honor bestowed upon me by my Carnegie peers.
I would enjoy talking about how to make your financing and banking services work better for you."
