With over two decades of experience in home lending, I bring a unique blend of traditional mortgage knowledge and specialized expertise in manufactured and rural housing finance. I’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate the home loan process—whether they're buying a home in the city, relocating to the countryside, or investing in a manufactured home.

Before becoming a loan officer, I spent several years working directly in the manufactured home industry, gaining hands-on experience with land-home packages, home relocation, and renovations. That background allows me to find creative solutions and financing options that others might overlook.

In addition to FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional lending, I’m also well-versed in renovation loans and energy-efficient mortgage programs. I regularly collaborate with real estate agents and clients to make challenging properties financeable, and I’ve developed training courses for Washington State realtors to better understand manufactured home financing.
