For the last 30 years I’ve worked in customer service in one capacity or another: As a Medical Specialist in the U.S. Army, a Waiter, a Teller, a Bartender, a Radio Disc-Jockey for 13 years, A Patient Services Rep. and A Patient Care Coordinator For High Dose Chemotherapy Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant at The UW Medical Center and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance combined 14 years.
I understand what people want because I listen to them first and then I do what they ask of me if it’s possible. If it isn’t I show them why.
