Hometown Resources

The Affinity Lending Center works with a variety of partners to enhance our employer-assisted housing program and make homeownership more affordable for Affinity clients.

Service Providers

The Affinity Lending Center has partnered with the following companies and individuals to provide valuable services or discounts to Hometown customers:

We also work with a number of appraisers who offer discounts to Hometown Home Loan Program customers.  For more information, contact your Affinity Loan Officer.

Housing Advocacy Groups

These groups partner with HomeStreet Bank to enhance the Hometown Home Loan Program.  Some advocate for more affordable housing in high-cost areas by lobbying for funds for down payment assistance.  Others help by creating employer-assisted housing programs or flexible qualifying guidelines for first-time homebuyer loan programs or assist us by helping introduce employer-assisted housing to private sector employers.
