Eligibility
As a Impact Northwest employee or volunteer, you are eligible to finance your home loan through the Affinity Lending Center. Homes financed must be in Oregon, Hawaii, or Washington. You must plan to live in the property financed through the program to be eligible for the closing cost discounts.
