The many benefits of the Hometown Home Loan Program are available ONLY through the Affinity Lending Center. Affinity Lending is a special department within HomeStreet Bank that has been established to insure that Affinity customers receive the very best possible service and all of the cost savings that were negotiated with your employer. Affinity Loan Officers are non-commissioned, and their most important job is to act as your advocate throughout your mortgage transaction.

There are no income restrictions for participation, and you do not have to be purchasing your first home. You must plan to live in the home you are purchasing or refinancing; investment properties are not eligible for the closing cost discounts.
