Home Equity Loan Application Checklist:
A complete application package provides you with a faster credit decision. The following information is needed to process your request:

A completed application including:
- The name(s) of all creditors that you have loans and/or credit accounts with.
- Address and loan information for all real estate owned
- Address for the past two years
- Homeowner's insurance agent's name and address
- Your most recent pay stub
- W-2 forms for the previous year
- For self-employed applicants, year-to-date financial statements and most recent two year's personal and business tax returns (including all schedules).
Once you have all of this information you can apply online or work with a local HomeStreet Bank Loan Officer or Banking representative.
