Home Equity Loan Application Checklist:

A complete application package provides you with a faster credit decision. The following information is needed to process your request:

• A completed application including:
  • The name(s) of all creditors that you have loans and/or credit accounts with.
  • Address and loan information for all real estate owned
  • Address for the past two years
• Homeowner's insurance agent's name and address
• Your most recent pay stub
• W-2 forms for the previous year
• For self-employed applicants, year-to-date financial statements and most recent two year's personal and business tax returns (including all schedules).

Once you have all of this information you can apply online or work with a local HomeStreet Bank Loan Officer or Banking representative.
