Marc Wright, Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Marc Wright joined HomeStreet Bank in 2009 with over 30 years of experience in banking. His expertise includes business line management and credit roles in commercial banking, commercial real estate lending, home builder finance and special asset management. Mr. Wright began his banking career at Seafirst/Bank of America as a management trainee. He was with the organization for 23 years and served as a member of the senior loan committee. He spent nearly eight years at Washington Mutual as an executive in the Commercial Group. During this time, Mr. Wright served in senior credit and business roles, including Chief Risk Officer for the group and Division Executive for Commercial Real Estate Lending.

Mr. Wright is a native of Seattle and a University of Washington graduate. He is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA).
