Patricia A. Leach is Executive Vice President and Income Property Lending Director for HomeStreet Capital. Pat joined HomeStreet Capital in 1985 after having worked with law firms in the real estate finance area in Portland, Maine; Boston; and Washington, DC.

Pat earned a B.A. degree from University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on housing and real estate finance from George Washington University. Professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (committee memberships include MORPAC, Mortgage Banking Committee, Insurance Task Force, Federal Home Loan Bank Working Committee, past Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee and past Co-Chair of the Multi-Family Committee); DUS Peer Group, member of Board of Directors of Seattle Housing Resources Group; former member of Board of Directors of Common Ground; former member of Fannie Mae Housing Impact Advisory Council; member of Commercial Real Estate Women, National Association of Office and Industrial Parks, and Urban Land Institute.
